How do I receive my voucher if I book through the website?
The moment you complete your reservation you will receive your booking confirmation by email which you need to print.
How can I get my ferry ticket?
You need to show your voucher/booking confirmation to the officer at the boat on the day of the excursion in order to receive your boarding pass/ferry tickets.
What time should I be at the port of departure in Crete?
You need to be at the port, at least 30 minutes before the departure.
Is there any snack bar in the vessel?
You can buy food, beverages and freshly baked greek products in our vessel.
Cancellations and refunds
100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before the departure. For cancellations made in less than 1 month before departure the trip cannot be refunded. In case of non show to the tour for medical reasons, we are able to refund the whole amount by sending us the official medical report within 1 month from the

I forgot to print my voucher, is it possible to embark by showing it on my phone?
Yes, but it is recommended to have it on a printed version.

Can I take my pet with me?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted as there might be allergic passengers in the same bus during the land excursion.
You are able to change your booking (date and number of passengers) only once by sending an email at least 2 days before the tour.
